  1. Apply a commercial rust remover to the stained carpet.

  4. Rinse the area by patting the carpet fibre using a clean, damp cloth.

Lemon Juice And Salt

  1. Scrap as much rust off the carpet as you can with the back of a butter knife.
  2. Combine three tablespoons of lemon juice with four tablespoons of salt.
